Wooden Lid Care
Use the wooden lid over low to medium heat for simmering, steaming or keeping food warm. Keep it away from direct flames and do not use it in an oven, microwave, grill or dishwasher.
Hand-wash briefly with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Do not soak. Dry immediately and leave upright to air-dry completely before storage. Store in a dry, ventilated place away from heat and moisture. Occasionally apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil to help maintain the wood.
