    Use & Care Instructions for Non-Stick / Cast Iron Pan
    Before First Use
    To prepare your pan for long-lasting performance:
    Clean and Dry
    Wash the pan with warm water and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly using low heat.
    Season the Pan
    Heat the pan on low.
    Rub the inside and outside with fat (e.g. pork skin, fatty meat, or soybean oil).
    Cover all areas, then turn off the heat and allow to cool naturally.
    Pour out the oil and repeat the process once more.
    Final Step
    After the second oiling, leave a thin layer of oil in the pan for 5–8 hours to allow proper absorption.
    Do not use detergent before first use – it will remove the protective oil layer.
    Notes on Cast Iron Pans
    No chemical coating is applied — black chips may appear at first (this is carbonized vegetable oil, not a defect).
    The surface may feel rough initially. With use, the pan becomes smoother and naturally non-stick.
    Daily Cooking Tips
    Heat the clean, dry pan on high for 2 minutes.
    Add water droplets – if they swirl instead of evaporating, the pan is ready.
    Add oil, lower the heat, wait 15 seconds, then add ingredients.
    This improves non-stick performance and enhances food flavour.
    Care & Maintenance
    Clean and dry immediately after use.
    Apply a thin layer of oil to maintain the non-stick layer.
    If rust appears, remove it and repeat seasoning (as above).
    With continued use, the pan will naturally develop a durable, non-stick finish over time.
    After 6 months of proper care, the pan can become an excellent super non-stick surface.
